Description of Services
1. CUC - Complete Unit Check. Check pump operation, chassis under carriage, all audible warning devices, all fluids, all lights, all chassis and engine operations and generator operations. Check all compartment lights. Drain air tanks and check air system. We provide a completed 74 item check sheet.
2. Engine/Chassis PM - Complete service of engine and chassis. Change engine oil and oil filters. Change fuel and coolant filters, lube chassis. Check batteries and chassis air system. Add fuel prep winter or summer. Check all tires and document tire year code. We provide a completed 42 item check sheet.
3. Generator Diesel/Gas - Complete service of generator, check operation of 120 volt system, change oil & fuel filters if equipped. Check air intake filter and mountings. We provide a completed 14 item check sheet.
4. Generator Hydraulic PM - Complete service of generator, check operation of 120 volt system, hydraulic pump and oil level. Change hydraulic oil filter. Check PTO and all mountings. We provide a completed 13 item check sheet.
5. Ladder Testing - Ground Ladder Testing per NFPA 1932. We provide a complete inspection sheet for each ladder.
6. PA Inspection - PA Safety Inspection - Fire Truck- PA Safety Inspection completed by PA certified 10-8 inspection mechanics.
7. Pump PM - Pump Preventative Maintenance: Change gear box oil, and auto lube assembly. Check all valves, drains and gauges. Lube all valves & linkage. Check operation of all pump related components. We provide a completed 24 item check sheet.
8. Pump Service Test - Pump Performance Test completed per NFPA 1911 Guidelines. We provide a completed performance test results information sheet.
9. TeleSqurt/Snorkel PM - Complete Tele Squrt/Snorkel Service includes operational check, changing hydraulic filters, lube and check all operations. All safety and general operation items are checked. We provide a completed comprehensive check sheet.
10. Pump Packing Repair and Replacement Available.
11. Equipment Mounting - Design, Engineer, Fabricate, and Mount custom and commercial Brackets for a very useful and organized compartment.
12. Light Tower PM - Check operation of mast, clean and lubricate. Check operation of all controls for light tower. Check for air leaks if applicable. We provide a completed 9 item check sheet.
13. Hose Testing - Hose Testing per NFPA 1962 (price per foot) done May thru August.
14. Aerial PM - Complete Aerial Service includes operational check, changing hydraulic filters, grease and lube for ladder. Comprehensive check of all normal, safety and back up system operation. Completed multi page check sheet is supplied to the customer.
15. Aerial Re-Certification - Aerial Recertification. 3rd party Aerial certification completed at our shop is available.
