Tools mounted for firefighters by firefighters. Having an in depth knowledge of the types of equipment, variations of brands and how rapidly some tools are needed when arriving at an emergency are all factored into the preliminary process of mounting.
We have made many customers happy through the years with our ingenuity, out of the box thinking and determination to make sure every usable square inch of space is utilized to the best it can be. Our goal is maximizing storage, ease of accessibility and ergonomics, all while making sure there is room for future growth. No apparatus committee wants to end up with a brand new apparatus with no room for growth. We will make sure that doesn’t happen! Blank slates of empty compartments on brand new apparatus, to reconfiguring compartments in older units, we have the answers for you.

Access: When it’s time to “do work” being able to access tools quickly and efficiently will greatly enhance your ability to complete the tasks required on an emergency scene. Easily accessing equipment with gloved hands is important; our tool mounting is done with that in mind. Understanding the priorities encountered give us the edge when mounting to layout each compartment with crucial tools at your fingertips.
Maximizing Space: Space is at a premium and no apparatus committee wants to be left with a brand new unit with no room for growth. Utilizing the space available to its full ability means those typical areas of wasted space will not be present.
High Quality Materials: Designing, fabricating & installing rugged parts will keep your Apparatus “Firefighter Proof”. Using 3/16” aluminum as a standard for all trays and tool boards, along with custom and commercial mounting brackets from leading industry manufacturers, means our mounting will stand the test of time!
Custom Add Ons: Accessory items such as custom water jetting, grille numbers, Diamond plate mud flap skins, rear dust cover skins etc. are available. We can make it all happen at our facility!
Seamless Process: From the initial meeting, until after the job is completed, we want you involved! Communication is a vital part of tool mounting. Visits to our shop are encouraged and progress photos will be sent to keep your members up to speed. We work with you to accommodate FD schedules and timelines. Once completed and in service, we follow up to ensure satisfaction of your experience and our work.
